TERMS OF SERVICE
Prior to Brew City PC connecting for remote support payment must be arranged with our offices. Please contact us by online chat, e-mail or by phone at (262) 696-9097. You will not be charged until services are completed. Remote sessions lasting one half hour or less will only by charged for a half hour. If we do not resolve your issue it’s free!
If a problem arises during the session that cannot be resolved remotely, we may need to schedule an onsite appointment. In this case, any pre-payments will be cancelled. Please note if you are not located in the greater Milwaukee area our technicians may not be able to fix problems that require an onsite appointment.
By scheduling a remote support session with Brew City PC you agree to the rate of $25/half hr with a half-hour minimum. You acknowledge that there is always risk when it comes to computer work and, except in cases of gross negligence, you agree to hold Brew City PC, LLC harmless.
Brew City PC will always keep your information and data confidential in accordance with the law.
