These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of brewcitypc.com (the “Website”) and our services, including managed IT, co-managed IT, cybersecurity, AI readiness, low voltage/structured cabling, security cameras, access control, audio/video, and communications via SMS. By accessing our Website, our client portal, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms

By using our services, you agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • You will not use our Website, client portal, or services for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
  • All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2. Services Provided

Brew City PC, LLC provides managed IT and co-managed IT support, cybersecurity services, Microsoft 365 and cloud services, AI readiness consulting, network and Wi-Fi solutions, computer repair/replacement, and commercial low voltage integration (structured cabling, security cameras, access control systems, audio/video, and digital signage), along with related technology support. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services without notice.

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Brew City PC for service-related purposes, including:

  • Appointment reminders
  • Service and support ticket updates
  • Technical support follow-ups
  • Account and billing notifications
  • Promotional messages (only with your separate consent)

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-Out & Frequency

  • You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Message frequency varies based on your service activity; we will not send excessive or spam-like communications.
  • Message and data rates may apply based on your carrier’s plan.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Sharing of Opt-In Data

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All services must be paid for as agreed upon at the time of booking or completion.
  • Refunds are issued at our discretion based on service outcomes.

5. Limitation of Liability

Brew City PC is not responsible for:

  • Any loss of data, software issues, or hardware damage beyond our direct control.
  • Any costs incurred from SMS messaging, including carrier fees.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.
